1. Uninstall PowerDirector 365 from Windows Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a program.
2. Select "No" when the dialog pops up asking whether to keep personal settings.
3. Delete the "PowerDirector24" related folders at the paths below:
The default installation path, if not changed during setup:
-- C:Program FilesCyberLinkPowerDirector24.x.xxxx.x
Delete the "24.0" folder at the path below:
-- C:ProgramDataCyberLinkPowerDirector

5. Reinstall PowerDirector 365 via CyberLink Application Manager.
