I have an item stuck in the print queue on my computer. Is there a way i can manually delete it?

to delete your print queue open a 'CMD' prompt in administrator mode. (Click Start, type CMD and then right click on the 'CMD' and choose 'Run as Administrator'.

Type the following pressing enter after each line. (Do not enter the liner number or .)

  1. Net stop spooler
  2. Then Delete the files from
  3. C:WindowsSystem32SpoolPrinters
  4. Then
  5. Net start spoiler
  6. Reboot your computer.
